THERMAL PRINTED LABELS

Thermal labels are printed digitally (plate-less), making them inexpensive with quick turn-around times. Material types and colors are limited but the advantage of on-demand, digital printing makes this product stand out. Because thermal transfer printing is plate-less, this product is a great choice for variable information such as garment sizing and fabric content.

Why choose Woven method for your care label? Woven Taffeta is a great option for care labels because it is the least expensive material. Another popular method is a half damask, half taffeta label in a loop fold where the logo/artwork branding in in the nice damask weave, and care content in taffeta.

Why choose Printed method for your care label? If your care label design is a light print on dark ground, for example white on black satin, screen printed would be your best option. This method allows the color to stay in its full value without it getting lost/muddied on a dark ground.
